Program Participation

  • Membership in the Sticks Rewards program is free

  • Participation requires a valid account through the Sticks ordering platform

Earning Points

  • Points are earned on qualifying purchases only

  • Points are calculated based on total spend (excluding taxes, fees, and third-party charges)

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable

Points Value

  • 100 points = $1 in reward value

Points Expiration

  • Points expire after 6 months of account inactivity

  • Users will receive a 30-day warning prior to expiration

Rewards & Redemption

  • Rewards must be redeemed before their expiration date

  • Standard reward expiration:

    • 14 days for most rewards

    • Up to 30 days for select rewards

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Rewards may not be combined unless explicitly stated

Sign-Up & Bonus Offers

  • Sign-up bonus points may be issued upon account creation

  • Additional bonus points may be awarded for first purchase within a specified timeframe

  • Promotional offers may vary and are subject to change

Birthday Rewards

  • Birthday rewards are issued annually

  • Must be redeemed within the specified timeframe

  • Account must have valid birthdate entered prior to issuance

Account Activity

  • Tier status and rewards eligibility may be based on activity within a rolling 12-month period

  • Inactive accounts may lose accumulated points

Modifications & Termination

  • Sticks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time

  • Any abuse, fraud, or misuse of the program may result in account termination and loss of rewards
